Memento (USA 2000, directed by C. Nolan, with G. Pearce, 114 mins, Thriller)
Leonard Shelby (G. Pearce) is looking for the man who raped and killed his wife but has a problem, a disturbance can not assimilate new memories after being shot in the head at the very moment when his wife was killed. Although this can remember what to do with the notes written by him not to forget them, and was made a tattoo on the most important information. With this can continue the search of the man who killed his wife, a certain John G, to avenge her. A compelling film, very complex, part of the end to get to the top , a little annoying in the first scene because it is difficult to follow, but then you get used to, on the other hand in this way the viewer does not know what has happened before, just as the hero, why it was necessary to do so. The final, rather the beginning, has left me really surprised, leaving me to think with the last sentence "I can not remember to forget" makes it clear how it can continue to live normally a person who has suffered such a tragedy, 's only thing that drives him to continue and seek revenge. The direction and screenplay were exceptional, only to think such a story must be really good and very imaginative. Actor played well. is not easy to interpret the character of Lenny, remembering him for the whole body had to make tattoos absurd. Nothing negative to this film, which over time has become a cult film.
